If we send you something different than what you ordered, send a quick email with your order number and name.
In the subject line put WRONG STRAP !, we will send you a postage paid return envelope.
If you order the wrong strap and want an exchange, you are responsible for postage.
If you are not happy with your camera strap, send a quick email . In the SUBJECT line put - NOT A HAPPY CAMPER. In the body put your name, order number. Tell us what's going on. Let’s get it squared away.
If you want me to call you, leave your phone number. When returning your call we will be calling from an 850 area code.
To do a quick exchange, order what you want. A refund will be done on the strap you are exchanging out when it is received back by us. Sometimes it may take a few days for the refund to be processed.
You don't need an RMA for a return. We offer a refund within 30 days of purchase. Send a quick email with your order number and name. It will help us if we know why you want to return it. Perhaps we can help. Shipping will not be refunded.
IS THERE A WARRANTY?
UPstrap® warrants that our camera straps are free from manufacturing defects. Please notify us within 30 days if should you find a product defect. Normal wear and tear are difficult to determine. For example, a small camera pad on a heavy camera will wear faster. The pad does not slip because it is soft. Daily professional use by an (example) press photographer will wear more than the weekend user. We find that photographers as a group are wonderful. We do our best to be fair. Our warranty does not cover damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications. Again, we do our best to be fair. If you have a legitimate complaint, we will try our best to work it out.
